The darkness engulfs me
Like a raging fire
I surrender to the flames
As it embraces my desire

Consuming my soul
With merciless power
Blazing inside me
More with each hour

Night child rises
As a remanent
Forever alive
With evil sentiment

Blood it sours
With the poisonous venom
Forever empowered
By the soul it lives in

Never to know
The light again
Forever trapped
In the dark places within'
